Get Ready CHBC Activities

The program aims to provide care and support to the needy in the community targeted pregnancies, HIV/AIDS, peers, when providing support and care giving services. Mentoring program: Our mentors provide support for the community health workers through mentoring and briefing sessions. We also assist with

  • Providing home visits services.
  •  Network with stakeholders.
  •  Clients’ referrals.
  •  Identifications of orphans, potential orphans and child headed families.
  •  Monitoring and evaluation of program.
  •  Provision of stipends to care givers and staff.
  •  Distribution of male condoms.
  •  Provide life skills.
  •  To provide HIV/AIDS nutritional education.
